Check calibration configuration in KurtSPC. Low gain setting may cause a low resolution level and account for unstable readings in desired measurement range
Check probe cables for proper connection and grounding
Probe may be defective - check and replace in necessary
Module(s) may be damaged or defective - check and replace if necessary
