Q: I'm getting an error on KurtSPC startup that is related to something called "VBox", what can I do?
A: Follow these steps to remove the VBox error:
Search your hard drive (using the Windows search utility) for the file "kurtspc*.lic" (where the * represents unknown letters).
Change the name of this file from kurtspc*.lic to kurtspc*.li_.
Backup your database for KurtSPC.
Uninstall the KurtSPC software from the Add/Remove program utility in the Control Panel.
Reinstall the KurtSPC software.
Run KurtSPC and test.
