K7710, K7720, K7750 and K7760 Dual & Single Axis Coordinating Tables: The K7700 series measuring table is a precision measuring table designed to capture a multitude of dimensional features. The measuring table is designed for use in shop floor conditions. It uses a precision set of ball cage bearings to assure the highest accuracy, repeatability and linearity. Each measurement table can be adjusted individually to an optimal performance setting by utilizing hundreds of contact accessories and infinite contact gram pressure settings. The measurement instruments can be interchangeable to accommodate a wide range of electronics sensors such as LVDT's, Digital, or Analog. They can also accept Mechanical and/or Digital Indicators. The measuring tables can be used with pneumatic retract capabilities to allow access to receded features such as inside diameter grooves or single point contact for finish sensitive materials. They can also be configured as spring floating contact head or can be gravity balanced by adjustable opposing springs. Diameter and distance measurements can be configured with two measurement tables bridging across, requiring only one measurement probe. The K7700 series measurement tables are highly configurable, versatile and reusable to succeed in virtually any measurement challenge.
